“Mizuno Moves” is:

You can have your health.  Using principals of moment reduction while lifting free weights and reducing impact during aerobic exercise can afford those with chronic conditions a means to carry out exercise and achieve fitness and health.  Follow the principals in this class and discover the way in which changing the body’s position during exercise, as well as supporting the mechanics of your proportions, will allow you to execute the moves.

These exercises are completely modifiable.  You will learn how to easily extrapolate the modifications that I provide in order to customize a workout that works for you.

The basic principal in these exercise techniques is using knowledge about body proportions, weight, moment, and center of gravity, which are different for each and every individual, to prevent injury and pain, and to exercise in a customizable, worry-free fashion so that increased strength and endurance can be achieved.

Working hand-in-hand with a diet that incorporates principals of reducing inflammation by the inclusion and exclusion of certain foods has led to an improvement in Regan’s quality of life.  This program was designed for those living with chronic conditions and can be utilized by everybody.

The document that contains these principals is forthcoming.  Please keep in touch.
